The Best Michigan Golf Resorts
There are several top class golf resorts in Michigan so finding one to suit you should not be a very big problem! The only problem you are really going to have is which part of Michigan to golfing in.
• Central Michigan Golf Resorts
In central Michigan there are four different golfing resorts to choose from. Out of those you may like to try out the Riverwood Resort.
The Riverwood Resort is one of a few Central Michigan golf resorts which offers full services. There is a practice area for you to warm up in and it provides championship courses which you will completely lose yourself on. If you are into nightlife and you are staying at the resort, the great thing is that the Soaring Eagle Casino and a 24 lane bowling alley is only a short walk away.
On the course itself there are various lakes and ponds as well as old, tall trees. There is a grass driving range as well as two putting greens. The course is really well conditioned and it is one which many golfers never forget.
• Northeast Michigan Golf Resorts
The Thunder Bay Resort is certainly not to be missed if you are travelling to Northern Michigan. It features golfing suitable for both expert golfers and those just looking to get away with the family for a relaxing and fun filled vacation.
The course itself is extremely well looked after and when choosing packages with the resort you have the option to choose unlimited golf. There are challenges to suit both beginners and experts alike and there is a practice green near the clubhouse if you would just like to warm up.
As well as golf, the resort offers horse drawn carriage rides through the woods in the summer to see Elk. That will definitely be appealing to the children! The best thing about the resort is that it is so family friendly so if you are looking to take a family vacation and you are hunting for Michigan golf resorts which fit the bill; this one is definitely worth considering.
Overall there are so many resorts to choose from but the two mentioned above are by far two of the best within Michigan.
